I don't think it's such a bad idea.... given the current climate of terrorism throughout the world and the level of sophistication of it's sponsors. It is also not that different to western data collection laws. Try typing into terrorists hot spots or putting terrorist messages out on Facebook or other social media outlets and see how quickly people will be knocking on your door!!!

troublemakers = truth tellers.

The only fraudulent websites I found are the Communist Party propaganda machine like the People Daily and Xinhua news. The Communist Party are terrified of "real website."
