LOL...He's waiting instructions from the Communist Party. This is not a "one country two systems" this is a one country one system. And that is the Communist system. Who are you trying to fool?
BTW, the Communist Party are not the ones buying Lancome products, ordinary citizens are. Consumer is king, not the Communist party.

The CCP is slowly eroding Hong Kong's autonomy. The CCP has failed to live up to its obligations under the Basic Law & the 1997 agreement to hand over HK to the PRC. Pretty soon Hong Kong will have no autonomy or democracy. The CCP doesn't tolerate dissent. This is a warning to Taiwan to never accept deals with the CCP.
