The Chinese name for China is Middle Kingdom. As such it does not need to think that it is the Middle Kingdom.

Reply to this commentThis is yet another example of Chinese hegemonism. The Chinese Govt thinks it is the Middle Kingdom & all Asian nations are its vassal states & must kowtow to China. I applaud Vietnam & Philippines for standing up to the PRC Empire.

Vietnam, thePhilippines, and Tibet should unify in this fight against invasion from China. Tai-Hanism is the biggest threat to Asia and world peace.
