The CCP doesn't believe in freedom of religion. They believe religion must be managed & controlled by the state. They only officially allow 5 religions & require all religious groups to register w/ the govt. In Tibet, the restrictions are worse. The CCP even approves whether Tibetan monks can reincarnate or not.
