The property cover-up reinforces the nature of the CCP as an interest group rather than a genuine political party, because a true political party in a normal country with checks and balances cannot and does not ban opposition political parties in the way that the CCP always has and apparently always will unless the populace stands up and demands an end to one-party dictatorship.
