The 50 Cent Party is alive & well on these comment forums. These are people paid by the CCP to post pro-CCP comments like Anonymous Reader. "Order" & "discipline" are frequently used by dictatorships to control the people & prevent democracy & human rights. The CCP is preventing the HK people from enjoying genuine democracy as guaranteed by the Basic Law. HK citizens have the legal right to protest. It is Beijing that is acting illegally & against the people of Hong Kong.

Reply to this commentThe chaotic form of democracy in the streets is good for nothing. Social order and discipline must be maintained in the civilized countries. Hong Kong has a functioning parliament where representatives of the people work and fight on behalf of the voters and people as a whole.

"Chinese president Xi Jinping on Wednesday denounced the pro-democracy Occupy Central movement in Hong Kong as an "illegal" campaign, in his first public comment on the protests that have blocked major highways in a bid for genuine universal suffrage over the past six weeks."
Xi Jinping has the audacity to call this an "illegal." What about the lying communist thugs reneged on agreement given Hong Kong the right to vote in 2017? what about that?
