I think the illegal and fraudulent is the Communist Party. The Communist Party is NOT legally representing 1.3 billion Chinese because the party leaderships are not elected by them.
Who appointed the Communist Party to govern the country? The Communist Party should be ashamed of themselves for using guns and thugs to claim legal right to govern the country when they don't have that right. It is like saying they are the real parents of 1.3 billion children when they are not.
