This is going to cost China dearly. Instead of Shade their Communist skin, they continue to spend hundreds of $billion each year to prevent freedom, which would make people happy while the Communist thugs live in paranoid because they are obsessed with complete control and power. It's a lose lose for the Communist, the Chinese people and China.
It's natural for human to desire freedom, but the Communists continue to deny their own people that right.

There is no freedom of speech or due process of law in the PRC. Sweden should make a formal complaint to the PRC Govt & summon the Chinese Ambassador. Perhaps a lawsuit needs to be filed in the World Court. Chinese officials responsible for this Swede's detention should be banned from Sweden. Sweden should pass universal jurisdiction laws allowing people who have been violated by Chinese Govt to bring cases in Swedish courts.
