Can you correct the names and republish? You write "Gui Haiming" but the proper transliteration is Gui Minghai, for the writer and publicist also known as Ahai or Ah-hai, and you have it correct in your Chinese version, http://www.rfa.org/mandarin/Xinwen/2-11062015102817.html
So this is your scribal error. Please correct your article immediately -- since the Guardian and other English media seem to be quoting this error.
