Locking up normal dissidents and dissenters in mental health hospitals is but one of the many practices of state terror and intimidation that the authoritarian one-party CCP regime learned from the now-defunct Soviet Russian regime. No wonder the CCP regime pours so many of its taxpayer-funded resources into controlling and censoring the media and internet--it has to cover up criminal wrongdoing such as locking up sane people in insane asylums in order to shut them up, to gag them into silence.
