The CCP came to power through military conquest and its fomenting of civil war. The Party has never allowed a single nationwide election in its sixty years of absolute rule over China, much like its closest ally, the Kim Dynasty in North Korea. Yet Hu Jintao glibly talks about CCP rule over China as being the "the Chinese people's choice." Quite a whopper, a tall tale indeed.
