What could Guo Wengui reveal about serious corruption at the highest levels of the Communist Party that would shock or even surprise people at this point? We've already seen the downfall of some top-level Party bosses such as former Standing Committee member Zhou Yongkang and former Politburo princeling Bo Xilai get jailed for corruption.
