How convenient for a Leninist autocrat--any imperial subject can be arrested and jailed for publicly questioning any policy or action of the party-state--this is a violation of the "crime" of "picking quarrels and causing a disturbance." One more glorious cudgel of the Party's toolkit of "consultative democracy"!
