China has been spying on & sending viruses to overseas Tibetan, Chinese, & Uighur dissidents for several years now. The Tibetan Exile Govt's computers were hacked by China before they were discovered. China also engages in cyber attacks against any company or govt that shows some support for Tibetan & Uighur freedom or Taiwan independence or human rights & democracy in China. The PLA has many units devoted to cyberwarfare & the Chinese Govt often recruits young Chinese hackers to be part of their cyber army against all "enemies" of the Communist Party. What happened to Google is a crime & the FBI should investigate. If the Chinese Govt was behind this attack on Google, it's an act of cyber warfare.
