The CCP regime proves time & time again that it doesn't respect the PRC Constitution or int'l law when it comes to basic human rights. The US should continue to pressure China to improve its human rights & respect the civil rights of all people, including Tibetans & Uighurs. Until the Chinese Govt meets the minimum standards of human rights, the US should proceed slowly & cautiously in dealing w/ China.
