Yes, this is true. I was in China last week and ,suddenly, found to my dismay, around 24th or 25th Of Sep, 17 that my whatsapp messages were neither coming n nor going out. Though wechat was working very well. Obviously, the Chinese authorities had some thing to do with this stoppage and suspension of a popular social networking site
