This is the first time since Hu took office that I have ever seen an article describing Chinese President Hu Jintao as "outgoing". What makes this wooden and brazen dictator "outgoing"? I generally like RFA's objective reporting but what happened in this case. Please never describe Hu Jintao "outgoing". He is an introvert who never discloses his real intent.

"outgoing" here means he is about to go out (i.e. leave office) not that he is extrovert
