Wangchuk from New York :

It's been 50 years since the Cultural Revolation was launched by Mao. It's time the CCP opened to the public all files about the Cultural Revolution. Chinese citizens deserve the truth. The CCP needs to face up to the crimes committed by Mao & the Red Guards. Hiding the truth only makes this worse. The same is for 1989 Tianamen Massacre. Open the govt files & let the public know what really happened. Stop censorhip.

This looks like Xi Jinping is looking to make a name for himself as "Communist Dictator," which is different from "Supreme Leader."
