Absurd that the loaded political term of denunciation, "counterrevolutionary," was finally discarded as outmoded, fuzzy, and inadmissible in a court of law in the 1990s even by china's communist party--yet the tattered old 1989 verdict on the Beijing people's movement for more civil liberties and less party-state corruption is still being upheld by clueless party functionaries. This is what is known as "brain-dead" reflexive behavior.
