Paranoia talk from top Communist leader. Any idea that challenges the Communist's idea of control is a no no, therefore, must be crushed. A small group of Communist cadres enjoy their freedom at the expense of 1.3 billion people. They have secret bank accounts overseas and enjoy all the special privileges them give themselves. This is why they are afraid of losing control.

Like the late dictator Mao Zedong whom Xi Jiping idolizes, Xi is a confirmed conspiracy theorist who spitefully demands that anyone who publicly disagrees with his vision of absolute communist party rule in China should be "eliminated."
