Rule of law doesn't mean the law should be used to impose tyranny on people or to deny people their civil rights. Rule of law applies to everyone including the government. The CCP is above the law in China therefore it prohibits rule of law in China. The CCP doesn't respect the PRC Constitution or int'l human rights.

I totally agree. My question is...is the Communist Party good for people and country or only benefits top Communist Party members? With everything you said above seems to point to the latter.
