The concept of internet freedom or freedom of information doesn't exist in the PRC. The CCP believes all information can & should be controlled & the public only allowed to see what the govt wants them to see. This practice violates the PRC Constitution & int'l law but the CCP doesn't care. Freedom of information is a threat to the CCP. They don't want the Chinese public knowing what is really going on in China or the world.
