This is called racial disrimination. Expelling Uighur children from a soccer tournament merely becuause of political views. It's illegal under PRC & international law.

There sounds to be more to this than children being expelled because of having a stigma to being associated with terrorists. There have been Uyghurs participating in China's athletics and even the olympics so there is more to this.
