Xi and Wang caught a lot of flies, but hardly any tigers--and only one tiger that was a Party Princeling of Xi's exalted status. That was Bo Xilai, who was a personal rival of Xi's, which explains why he was caught in what was primarily a power struggle, not a crackdown on corruption.
