Hun Sen shows every sign of being guilty of extortion in demanding a multi-million tax payment from a newspaper he hates without having conducted an audit or provided any other evidence that the newspaper has not been paying its taxes. The editor insists that the newspaper has been paying its taxes in full each year. This President for Life Hun Sen is a tricky autocrat who is in it mostly for his own perks and those of his cronies.
