Cambodia’s King Norodom Sihamoni issued a royal decree formally reappointing Hun Sen as prime minister.
The King should not have done this.
He is Hun Sen's puppet.
He will answer to God now and in the afterlife.
The people should pray for him to wake up.
Hun Sen threats should not affect the King, who should instead answer to God.
