It shouldn't be a surprise that the Hun Sen government is dragging it's feet to investigate the murder of Dr. Kem Ley. Their conclusion that it was a financial debt that cause the demise of Dr. Kem Ley is laughable and an affront to democracy and human rights. Hun Sen himself or one of his thousands of "Generals" is responsible for the extra judicial killing of this man and they are doing everything they can to obfuscate the truth. They fear the Khmer citizens will revolt if the truth came out and have fabricated arrest warrants to stifle free speech for those who do. The corruption of Hun Sen and his family needs to be stopped before Cambodia becomes indebted to the Chinese government and we lose our sovereignty.
