Oh what do you mean by "insult" politicians or political parties? For example, if I said, what a stupid comment this politician made? Is that an insult or freedom of expression? If I said, this party are full of thieves and thugs. Is that an insult or free speech?

What you mean by this is that all critics should shut up, that is what you mean by "remain independent and impartial, right?
“They can analyze [the political situation], but they can’t insult.”
In other words, they can analyze but they can't open their mouth. Isn't that what you're trying to say?

Where is CNRP in this? Are they part of CPP now? Are going the way FUNCINPEC was? I beginning to doubt CNRP. I don't really know what their real priorities are or what exactly they represent. Freedom and democracy should be on top of their list. And I don't see them coming out screaming.
