Freedom is never free. It takes sacrifices. No dictator will let go of tyrannical rule unless people stand up to tyranny. Dictators will always fight to hold on to power.

Rule of Law :

Rule of Law has a proportional relationship to the number of people who control it. The more peoples control the laws the higher the rule of law. The less the number of peoples control the laws the lower the rule of law. In Cambodia, how many people control the Rule of Law? Some people argued that in Cambodia, there is only one person control the law
