Mark my word, Kem Sokha will not be release until after the FAKE 2018 Election when this Cruel Dictator try to legitimize his 2018 FAKE government (if Kem can survive until then). And the reason the world let him getaway with it is because the world mistakenly think Cambodian people (inside the country) is happy with his cruel regime. If Cambodians aren't happy then wake up and show the world that they need help!

in fact, Hun Sen did say he does not care about obeying the law. Hun Sen broke the law who can prosecute Hun Sen? it is so funny the world is so powerful but they let Hun Sen getaway of what he did wrong. every country knows it but do very little. why?
