Base On my experience with the war and Pol Pot. Vietnamese Government used Cambodian people to kill people in Cambodia. I disagree with the ruling said Killing Vietnamese people, Vietnamese government let all Vietnamese people in Cambodia return freely to Vietnam in 1975 before Vietnamese government start killing people in Cambodia, it is the fact everyone known it.
