In summary, the USA, USSR, CHINA,FRANCE, and the two neighboring countries are part of what had happened in Cambodia in the 60's, 70's, 80's and early 90's. Those countries' government are responsible for the horror and terror of Cambodians. The United Nations (UNTAC) is also responsible for the unfinished job in 1991, 1992, and 1993. The Cambodia was out of the genocide and gets into the new killings and oppression. Nobody cares about Cambodians any longer. Khmer Rouge Court is the Kangaroo Court. The Cambodian Government cares about other foreign government than their own people and country. It is sickening to think about all of those mentioned above.
