PUREBRED from KHMER :

Which side is right? Whether they are poor or rich they deny their responsibility and play the blame game...
It is tiring and unproductive in the end.
NOBODY can help any of them when they cannot help themselves. The poor wants more and more money for their land WITHOUT any development on their neglected, unkempt land!!! Where is the justice for the developer?
In Cambodia nobody cares about any laws or rights. These people use in names to suit their own rich or poor greedy agenda. A SAD and veritable fact that attests to the arrested growth of the people and country development...as in other many third world and emerging countries.
