Has any one listen to Hun Sen talk? Does it sound like Hun Sen obey the laws or care about any laws or legislative immunity.

This is not shock because that is his nature whenever an election year is nearly coming, he always show to public of being a good human being that obey the law. After an election over, you don't see good thing from him just like farmers wait for the rain, but it never fall. Sorry Sir! You can clown someone else, but not me.

Tom from Phnom Penh :

Hun Sen has chosen very carefully what laws he will abide by. Now he can fine the opposition patriots $10 each to show that they will be treated just like him. In the meantime - we need to continue to investigate the death if his mistress - Piset Philika. Or does that not arrive at the seriousness of riding without a helmet?

There are so many wrong deeds Hun Sen ignored. Until there are justices for those deeds, people will not change their views on him.
