Very strange. He should have waited until he had all charges ready. It looked like Suth Dina didn't pay the right people or didn't pay the right amount of money. So Om Yentieng giving him time to pay the right people with the right amount...LOL.
Both, Om Yentieng and Suth Dina, are corrupt like the others.
