According to UN ,its definition of genocide specified that a person must intend to destroy a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group. Thus, casualties of war are not necessarily victims of genocide,as Pon Pot and Khmer Rouge did to Cambodian, they just do one thing of mass killing for their war against Vietnamese but not genocide.
Unfortunately,Ho Chi Minh and his communist party do two things both killing and cultural destruction such as the case of Dega people in Central Highlands of Vietnam. For the reason Dega people disappear today, because the world community has wrong place to put this word of genocide and not clarify where is a true genocide has occurred in the South East Asia countries.
