Nuclear Physicist and Master Painter
Nguyen Dinh Dang, a Vietnamese national who studied abroad in Russia during the 1980s, is a rare master of both the sciences and aesthetics. He obtained a PhD in nuclear physics in 1985 and a Doctor-of-Sciences degree in 1990 at Moscow State University, but has maintained a passion for art since the age of five when his French-educated father taught him to draw.
