As far as we the people observe the Lao DPR aptitude in the past 30+ years, every words they say are denied and they are doing everythings right according to international laws. They broke the 18 geneva conference agreements signed by both Rayal Government and themselves. They killed the Lao King, Killed Touby Lee Foung, Killed Vue Mai. All these were being denied. And anythy they did to the Hmong people are not real and fabricated. What the hell they act? We all the observers must treat they seriuosly on theirs words.

since before 2012 they have been killing Hmongs. if you want proof we can get you to the north to see for yourselves.
