When Carl Thayer talks of Vietnamese sources, he meant "terrorist cum democracy agitators" in Vietnam! Last time they told him "80 Chinese ships invasion" and Nguyen Phu Trong "was poisoned and near death", this time "exit China’s orbit [thoát Trung] movement", "undecided Politburo" and "kiss Trump to save VCP"....
