Mekong River use to flow freely from North to South But Not Now. They are Selfish Block the water just for a certain area to serve their own needs without thinking about all others lives who need the most. Now when they Block Nature it will hurt the Environment of course and when the trouble starts it doesn't meant you could just fix it right away by let the water flow down again. Not just like that when Damage is done it will take time to recover and people who suffer from it will keep suffer ...
