Is this a joke? Time never runs out for a dictator who can execute people with anti-aircraft guns. His father and grandfather were incompetent, vain, and cruel, but they reigned until they died of old age because the DPRK imprisons the generation above and below a miscreant, thereby virtually eliminating dissent. The only reason the USSR imploded is that Gorbachev was not willing to employ machine guns against his own people, unlike all of the comrades who preceded him.
