Reply to this commentI was wondering who the island belongs to? before discussion of join venture; we have to talk about rightful owner first. Did Vietnam own it? How the philiphine involve in this? After reading; expert suggested join development etc. but it doesn't offer explaination of who is the rightful owner.

In fifty more years, certainly, China will take over the world power from US. China is trying to control everything in South East Asia. China is very agressive. Would it be another upcoming war?
