How can an election where all the relevant media is controlled by the ruling party and the opposition is almost 100% restricted in getting their message thorugh the media ever be 'free and fair'. Would this be fair if the CPP were not allowed to have their own TV stations and could only roam despertaley about the countryside trying to attract as many people as possible? "Free and fair" would destroy the CPP because all arguments and truths and falsities would be heard. That is NOT the goal of the CPP.
