The nine-dash line claiming 90% of the South Sea as Chinese territory was invalid when a Guomindang official first submitted it several decades ago, and it remains wrong and contrary to international maritime agreements today.

Reply to this commentChina is really the bully in International community along South China Sea.
It is very obvious that China's claim is dubious, claiming historical evidence on their claim where infact they cannot present its evidence in proper venue, the international community or court. China's claim is being done by force and coercive by its military. Why the international community are blind or afraid to criticized China, maybe because of its economic values to other countries.
China's claim is bogus, claiming historical and disregard other countries disagreement with their claim. China pushing their claim with its military backup
to scare other country. CHINA'S CLAIM IS WRONG!!!

Reply to this commentThe winds of war are upon us. I guarantee one thing. The U.S. will not go into a war to risk any chance of losing it. The US will be victorious as will all the allies. Who is China's ally? None. No, do not even think Russia. Russians do not trust the Chinese and that is the reason Russia and Japan are signing up to several trade and even joint military agreements. China had better take a deep breath and think twice before it enter into something that would displace any achievement that have made in the last 10 years. A war would take China back 50 years.

a claim that only china knows, if you own a territory you should let the international community aware of it, and register it internationally. a vast of sea should not be part of the ownership. or else the U.S. can claim the pacific too
