Anonymous Reader :

There is a solution to this quandary of authoritarian leaders being blinded by their own state-controlled media. China's communist party regime has adopted the commissioning of more truthful and less sugar-coated news stories that are confined to restricted-circulation news outlets. The latter are available only to those officials of a certain rank within the party nomenklatura. It would be surprising if North Korea had nothing of this sort.
