What a piece of trash. How can Democracy with the idea of one man one vote prevents corruption. is the vote of a gangster worthy of that of a scholar? Can a Laopaiyeh knows complex political ad economic issues? Would you allow the workers in a factory to hold management to ransom through the use of a vote. This fellow Bao Tong, had been bought over by western interest so much so that he doesn't even use his common sense when he speaks.

Mao Zedong's proclamation that his Communist Party would implement democracy once it took power was indeed a nasty hoax. Nothing could be further from the truth of Mao-style despotic rule. Mao actually modeled himself on despotic rulers like Qin Shihuang and Stalin, not on Lincoln or Franklin Roosevelt. Mao was merely saying what he thought Mr. Huang wanted to hear; it was a cunning political move with absolutely no sincerity on Mao's part.
