The Gang of Seven Party oligarchs have betrayed their lack of sincerity in opposing corruption in arresting those ten citizens who legally called for leaders to declare their financial assets. How long will China's populace continue to put up with the tyranny of one-party authoritarian rule? The notion of a benevolent despotism is an oxymoron.
